jabsco toilet leaking at base

I opened the valves on the toilet to let the seawater and waste in and out, and the pump seems to be leaking around 2 small holes at the base of the pump. has anyone any ideas thanks .not looking forward to pulling it apart.. I have a jabsco marine electric toilet. i noticed the base was leaking and i have made repairs to some cracks in the base. i would like to replace what i thought was the bowl to base gasket but when i went to my local marine distributor they provided me with a completely different looking gasket..
